Sure. The same tip I’d give you for real-life dating… Do NOT hit on the women. Simply get to know them. Actually, genuinely message women with the intent to get to know them. Message them a genuinely curious question to find out more about them. Do not rush meeting them in real life. Find if you like their PERSONALITY first (not just their body)… and when you do develop a sort of online friendship, invite them for a night out! Do not invite them for a date the first time out.

Invite her to hang out with you and your friends, and tell her to bring friends, for a night out. Why? First, its a lot less threatening. Her friends win, your friends win, and you get to know each other in a less threatening environment. Dates are way too high pressure. After you get to know each other in real life, do you move to the next step of dating.
